How to Change Icon Shape on the Samsung Galaxy (Android 10)

How to Change Icon Shape in Samsung Galaxy (Android 10)

So, here are the steps to change the app icon shape on a Galaxy running on Android 10 (One UI 2.5):

1) Enable Developer Options on Samsung Galaxy

Step 1. Go to the Settings app and then scroll down all the way and tap About phone.

Step 2. Select Software information.

Step 3. Now, tap on the Build number 7 times in order to enable developer options.

2) Change Icon Shape on Samsung Galaxy Phone

Once the developer options are turned on then it’s easy to change the app icon shape.

Here’s how it’s done:

  • Navigate to the Settings app and then tap Developer options from the bottom.
  • Scroll down all the way and select Icon shape.
  • Here you can select Square, Teardrop, Squircle, or Rounded rectangle. Select any of them.
  • Once selected, restart your Galaxy phone.
